Children's photos. Photos are uploaded by a parent, guardian or coach. Please only upload a photo of a child if you are their parent or guardian, or have their parent or guardian's permission. We only use photos to make the shield you ordered. We never publish them, use them in marketing or share them with other customers. Our marketing images use made-up sample players only.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

We only share what each service needs to do its job:

• Stripe: card payments. We never see or store your full card details.
• Our email provider: sends order confirmations, ready-to-collect notices and gift vouchers.
• Image processing (fal.ai): removes photo or crest backgrounds when you tap "Remove background". The image is processed and the result returned to us.
• Anthropic (Claude): powers the help chat, if it's switched on. Please don't type personal details into the chat.
• Our hosting and cloud storage providers: securely host the website, database and uploaded images.
• Couriers: your name, address and phone, to deliver your order.
• Your club or coach: for squad-link orders, the coach sees which players have designed and ordered a shield, and the funds raised.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Where that happens, transfers are protected by safeguards approved under EU law, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Photos and shield designs: deleted 3 months after your order. Unordered drafts may be deleted after 3 months of no activity.
• Order, invoice and payment records: 6 years, as required by Irish tax law.
• Gift vouchers: kept while the voucher has a balance, as vouchers don't expire.
• Coach accounts and payout details: while the account is active, then up to 6 years for fundraiser payment records.
• Help chats: up to 12 months.

You can ask us to delete your photos and designs sooner at any time.

Under GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, ask us to restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. Email sales@businessprint.ie. We'll reply within one month and may need to confirm your identity first.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie), 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28.

We only use strictly necessary storage that the site needs to work. Under Irish law this doesn't need your consent:

These are stored in your browser's local storage, not shared with advertisers, and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

Stripe sets its own cookies on its secure payment page to process payments and prevent fraud. See stripe.com/privacy.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies. If we add them, we'll ask for your consent first with a clear Accept / Reject choice, and update this page.

The site is served securely over HTTPS. Photos are stored in private cloud storage and only shown to people with the design or order link. Admin and coach areas are password protected, and card payments are handled entirely by Stripe.

We may update this policy, for example when we add a new service. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
