1. Squad player shields
The coach sets up the squad and shares one link. Every parent designs their child's shield and the club adds a fundraising amount to each order. No cash, no spreadsheets – you just collect your total.
2. Fundraiser games
Run a digital Spot the Ball, Score Squares on the big match or a Duck Race. Parents pay by card on their phone and every draw is encrypted before the first sale, so it's fair.
3. End-of-season awards
Swap generic trophies for personalised shields for player of the year, most improved and clubperson of the year – a keepsake families will treasure.
How the money works
With squad shields, every parent pays online when they order and the club's fundraising amount is added to each shield. The club never handles cash and there's no stock to buy upfront. When the squad closes, the club's total is paid by bank transfer. With fundraiser games, entries are paid by card and the club's share is transferred after the draw.
Why parents prefer it
Parents get something they actually want – a keepsake of their child's season – rather than another raffle ticket. Everything happens on their phone from one WhatsApp link, so busy families can take part in a couple of minutes.
