Terms of sale

Each shield is printed on rigid board and cut to shape. Sizes and prices, including VAT:

• Small: shield size 186 × 300 mm, €16.00
• Medium: shield size 261 × 420 mm, €29.00
• Large: shield size 369 × 594 mm, €39.00
• Extra Large: shield size 522 × 840 mm, €65.00

Colours on screen can look slightly different from the printed shield, depending on your device. Small variations in colour and cut position are a normal part of printing and cutting.

Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we email your order confirmation. Payment is taken by card through Stripe. Discount codes and gift vouchers must be entered at checkout and can't be added afterwards.

Every shield is made to your own design, with your photo, names and details, and printed to order. Because it's unique to you, the 14-day "change of mind" cancellation right doesn't apply (European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 / Consumer Rights Act 2022). We can't accept returns or refunds for a change of mind once your order is placed.

You're responsible for your design. We print exactly what you approved at checkout, including spelling, names, numbers, stats, the photo and its quality, crest and size. We don't reprint or refund for mistakes in the customer's own design, so please check the preview carefully. Low-resolution or blurry photos will print blurry.

If you spot a mistake straight after ordering, email sales@businessprint.ie with your order number as soon as possible. If we haven't started printing, we'll do our best to change it.

Please only upload photos and crests you have the right to use. For photos of children, you must be the parent or guardian or have their permission.

• Production: orders are usually printed and dispatched within 7–10 working days of payment. Busy periods such as the run-up to Christmas can take longer, so order early.
• Home delivery (Ireland only): €8 for Small/Medium orders, €18 if your order includes a Large or Extra Large shield. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.
• Click & collect (free): from Unit 3, Ballymount Drive, Ballymount Road, Walkinstown, Dublin 12. We'll email you when it's ready. Please bring your order number.
• Club orders: squad-link shields chosen for club delivery are printed and delivered together to the coach or club after the coach closes the fundraiser.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection.

Your statutory rights are not affected. If your shield arrives faulty, damaged in transit or not as you ordered (for example, we printed something different from your approved design), please email sales@businessprint.ie within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a clear photo of the problem.

Once we've checked it, we'll reprint and send a replacement free of charge, or refund you if a replacement isn't possible. Please keep the shield and its packaging until we've sorted it out.

Gift vouchers can be bought for any amount from €20 to €200. They never expire, any unused balance stays on the code, and they can't be exchanged for cash. Keep your code safe: it works like cash. Discount codes are single-use and valid until the expiry date shown. Only one discount code can be used per order.

For squad-link orders, an agreed amount per shield is set aside for the club and paid to the club's nominated bank account after the coach closes the fundraiser, minus any club delivery charge, with a payout statement.

Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the affected order, except where the law doesn't allow this to be limited. Your personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy. These terms are governed by Irish law.
