How the fundraiser works
Every shield sold through your squad link raises money for your club. Parents pay the normal price – nothing extra – and a fixed amount from every shield goes straight to the club.

Example: a squad of 20 where 12 order Medium and 8 order Large raises €204 for the club. Run it across 5 squads and that's about €1,020.
One delivery for the whole club
Every squad's shields are printed together and delivered once – to the coach's home or the club (if it's open during normal working hours). Parents pay no delivery. The single club delivery charge comes off the funds raised: funds raised − delivery = paid to club. Small/Medium and Large/XL are charged separately and added together.

Individual orders (not through a squad link): €8 delivery for Small/Medium, €18 if the order includes Large or XL – once per order. Ireland only.
- Which orders count?
- Every shield ordered through your squad's parent link. Each sale is tracked against your squad automatically.
- How is the money paid?
- Paid to your club by bank transfer when the fundraiser closes, after the single club delivery charge is taken off.
- Why do you need our club's bank details?
- So funds only ever go to the club's own account. We verify the details with your club contact (treasurer, chairperson or secretary) before any transfer.
- Does it cost the club anything?
- No. There's no upfront cost, no stock and nothing to collect – parents pay online for their own child's shield.
Coach FAQ
What does it cost the club?+
Nothing. The coach account is free. Parents pay for their own child's shield, and your club raises €5–€15 on every shield ordered through its squads (see the table above).
How long does it take?+
Setting up a squad takes about 5 minutes. Most parents finish their child's shield in under 3 minutes on their phone.
When do shields arrive?+
Each shield is printed in Ireland and delivered in 7–10 working days after the order is placed.
Can I check shields before they're printed?+
Yes. You can review, edit or fix any shield in your squad from your dashboard.
Do parents need an account?+
No. They just open your squad link. Each child's shield can only be edited by the parent who claims it.
